Steering Committee

A steering committee is the highest decision-making body of a project. The steering committee makes important decisions, plans and coordinates individual or several sub-projects / work packages and monitors them on an ongoing basis.

There are many different aspects to consider when planning and coordinating this project – communication and consultation with the leaders of the work packages is essential. This is the only way to ensure that the tasks are carried out in a targeted manner.

Our steering committee offers the ideal opportunity for this communication. It is the interface between communication and planning between the 12 locations, the project teams and the client (project sponsor).
